Just outside Auburn University, nestled in Opelika, Alabama, is The Phoenix at Opelika, a senior living community featuring independent living and memory care. Banko Design strategically blended sophistication with a collegiate vibe, creating a space that is vibrant, welcoming, and tailored to promote socialization. Adding preppy plaids and southern florals in throughout to provided a touch of timeless elegance.
Upon entering the front lobby, you are immediately greeted by a grand bistro and front reception area with a gorgeous lattice backdrop. The open design plan allows for a seamless flow into the main dining area, adorned with beautiful botanical art and historic photography.
The memory care wing is designed with form and fashion, boasting bright, fresh, and luxurious spaces that host various events and activities. Rich wood, moody navy tones, crisp creams, and warm umbers define the palette, creating an environment that prioritizes privacy and dignity for residents while ensuring visibility for care staff.
