Nestled in Acworth, GA, this modern design beautifully marries rustic charm with contemporary elegance for this multifamily community. The architecture features prominent stained wood trusses that echo the lodge-style exteriors while creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The serene color palette incorporates rich navy, soothing teal, and refreshing mint, all harmoniously balanced with warm neutrals. Flooded with natural light, each space feels airy and expansive, enhanced by an artful blend of matte black and brass decorative lighting. Exposed bulbs and gooseneck fixtures highlight the farmhouse aesthetic, adding character and warmth to the design.
Textural diversity is key in this space, with elements such as wood, brick-look tile, and textured wall coverings coming together to create a rich sensory experience. A standout feature is the innovative electric fireplace, which uses light and water to produce a mesmerizing steam that mimics smoke, serving as a stunning focal point in the room.
Two distinct models cater to varied tastes: the one-bedroom model embraces a more masculine vibe, while the two-bedroom version leans towards a softer, more feminine aesthetic.
