The Cove at Covington is a captivating new construction multifamily community in the budding suburb of Covington, southwest of Atlanta. This vibrant community attracts young professionals and artists with its’ deep roots in fabric and yarn manufacturing. Throughout the community, you’ll find a harmonious blend of mint, navy, and burnt umber hues, balanced by rich metals that complement the soft textures and plush fabrics. Custom banquettes divide the social and workspaces, creating distinct zones while maintaining an open and inclusive environment.
The overall design is timeless and elegant, featuring a neutral base complemented by layered pastels and accentuated jewel tones. As you step into the wide-open leasing area, you’ll be greeted by inviting soft seating and unconventional yet casual gathering spots, perfect for engaging with the leasing team. The communal work areas boast bookshelves filled with local antique nods to fiber and yarn art, along with conference rooms and tables for collaborative gatherings. The clubhouse offers a variety of amenities for residents. For entertainment, there’s a game room with a custom wallcovering featuring local street names, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a resort-style pool.
