Chastain Hill is a multifamily community in Douglasville, GA, designed to bring a modern brownstone sensibility to the heart of Georgia. Crisp neutrals meet saturated jewel tones, while mixed metals, soft velvets, and Memphis-inspired FF&E introduce a fresh, urban edge. Traditional bones are reimagined with playful postmodern accents, an art package curated to feel both collected and contemporary—part museum, part modern moment, and lighting that bridges timeless sophistication with a relaxed, approachable feel. Arches balance out the strong lines of metal and glass doors, adding a curvilinear softness that complements the simple trim work and judges paneling. Marble floors in a classic checkered pattern set a foundation of luxury and classicism, grounding the design with an elevated touch.
Residents can grab a cup of coffee in the communal work area, slip into custom micro offices, or gather in the clubroom for darts, conversation, and time around the gracious bar overlooking the pool terrace. Outdoors, the pool area offers ample space for sunbathing, grilling, yard games, and firepit evenings, creating an easy flow between work, play, and relaxation. The fitness center brings a vibrant contrast with its bright, open layout and deep wood tones—barn fitness re-imagined and designed to suit both seasoned athletes and newcomers alike.
