Located just a short drive outside Detroit, Michigan, American House Meridian is an exceptional senior living community that offers independent living. Designed to exude the warmth and charm of a lake house with a touch of sophistication, the community features a blend of blues, greens, and heavy woven textures that create a welcoming atmosphere.
In keeping with the lake-inspired theme, warm neutrals, and nautical blue florals have been included in the FF&E package throughout the community. The ceiling and beams are adorned with slatted wood textures that add to the charm of the space.
As soon as you enter the lobby, you’ll be greeted by the grand dining area that offers beautiful views of the back courtyard. The grand corridor leads to a game and club room that features soft seating, a kitchen for events, a pool table, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The first floor is also home to the theater, wellness suite, and open activity areas, which can be easily accessed from the main dining room. Additionally, you’ll find pockets of FF&E on the residents’ floors that promote a sense of community and belonging.
