Situated in Tyler, TX, The Rose City, this senior living community beautifully merges local influences with a sophisticated design aesthetic. We emphasize the use of natural materials and attention to small details in our furniture and millwork, creating an inviting atmosphere. A soft palette of greens, blues, golds, and pinks flows throughout the building, bringing a sense of warmth to each space.
Each area is thoughtfully designed to feel like a different room in a home, featuring unique lighting and cozy gathering spots that foster a sense of community.
The furniture selection combines timeless and contemporary elements, utilizing traditional frames paired with modern fabrics. Custom fabrics and wall coverings are strategically integrated throughout the project, all designed to have a residential feel while remaining durable enough for commercial use.
To maintain a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor areas, the outdoor furniture mirrors the interior design scheme in each courtyard, enhancing the overall flow of the space. Additionally, an art package featuring custom local images adds a personal touch throughout the project.
