Oversized woven fixtures, twinkling pin lights, and a curated local art package layer in texture and personality, creating spaces that feel elevated, magnetic, and unmistakably Jacksonville.

Voluminous common areas invite connection at every turn. Residents can settle into the clubroom, record in the podcast room, catch a movie in the theater, or work from bleacher-style seating inspired by porch steps. Outside, the pool looks over the river for the ultimate “water on water” moment, and the top deck offers sweeping sunset views over the bridge. The leasing bar, anchored by a custom rope chandelier, greets prospective residents with a sense of arrival that is both sophisticated and approachable.

Our scope included logo design, visual identity development, and the creation of the brand messaging and tagline “You found the ONE.” Our scope also included marketing collateral such as construction banners, site maps, leasing signs, and social media templates, and consulting on interior signage to ensure every touchpoint felt cohesive. Together, these elements position One Riverside as Jacksonville’s premier address for refined, waterfront living.
