ThePointe Roseville is a 55+ Active Adult Living community located in Roseville, Minnesota. Banko Design completed the interior design and procurement for this new-build property. Our designers chose a simple color palette of various blues and neutrals throughout the property to complement other distinctive elements like the dark wood beams, exposed brick, and large windows providing natural light to residents. Amenities within this community include an outdoor kitchen, fitness center, co-working and meeting spaces, game rooms and a large dining room for small and large events.
