Cadence at Olney, located in Olney, Maryland, is a three-story senior living community located on 37 acres of land, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. This community boasts a colonial design with custom artwork throughout. The design scheme is highlighted in the lighting package and complemented by the traditional carpet patterns, which both provide a modern take on classical elements. Our design team chose a color palette that consists of a blend of serene blues and greens with touches of warm terracotta accents.

Each space in this community was designed to tell its own story. To do this, our design team drew inspiration from the surrounding landscape and its rich past. Staying true to the area’s roots, we included bits of the local charm by featuring artwork from nearby artists. Being less than 30 minutes from downtown Washington DC, we incorporated imagery from the Potomac River, Georgetown, and all of the history that DC has to offer.
