Position: Office Manager

Employment Type: Part or Full Time (9:30 AM -2 PM) minimum. 

Location: Marietta, GA 

The Office Manager is responsible for general office management. The office manager will coordinate and oversee administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly. These responsibilities generally include duties like greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and supporting staff with administrative tasks.

 

Responsibilities will include:

·        Greeting guests

·        Fielding calls and emails and directing calls and/or emails to other staff

·        Collecting and reconciling staff credit card receipts

·        Running errands, as needed

·        Maintaining office tidiness

·        Monitoring office supplies and ordering, as needed

·        Managing incoming and outgoing mail

·        Communicating with sales reps to schedule in-office visits

·        Assisting with catering orders for events and meetings

·        Coordinating with office vendors
