Right in the heart of downtown Greenville, SC, Deca at Camperdown is a stunning new-build multifamily community. Built on the pervious site of the Greenville News complex, the community overlooks Reedy River Falls. The overall design was inspired by newsprint papers and the rooftop view of the river. A large art installation in the lobby, handcrafted with books, pays homage to Camperdown’s print legacy. Throughout the property are textural and industrial finishes to highlight the building’s architectural details. With wood beam ceilings and mixed metal light fixtures the resident lounge area feels oh so sophisticated.
