# Where Strong Senior Living Projects Begin

Most senior living projects don’t struggle because of design alone. They struggle because key decisions were made too early, or without alignment from all project teams.

This checklist was built for developers and architects who want clarity before constraints set in. It outlines **the moments that matter most across design, operations, and procurement:** so nothing important gets missed.

From defining the right resident experience, to aligning consultants early, to planning for long-term durability and operational flow, this is the groundwork behind projects that lease stronger and operate better.

## Get the checklist and uncover the key coordination points that help projects stay on schedule, on budget, and on vision.
