They want a place that feels like home with warmth and identity. Our team knows that, for owners and developers, the right design can’t just look good. A true residential feel is what drives occupancy numbers, increases leases, and generates meaningful ROI. Because better living for residents means a better return for investors. We understand that better than anyone. Our resi-mercial concepts are designed to incorporate comfort, care, and charm into every resident’s day. Every project is inspired by local culture and history, providing a sense of familiarity to both residents and staff that’s far from cookie-cutter. The Banko Effect guarantees we deliver turnkey interiors and procurement that simplify your timeline, stick to your budget, and deliver your vision on time–every time. We’re not here to sell you on “pretty spaces.” We’re here to show you how design becomes a strategic advantage when you put your residents first. That’s why we’re offering a free 30-minute consultation on your upcoming senior living project with our Founder & Visionary, Melissa Banko. No cost. No obligation. Just a focused conversation on how design can unlock value for your community. If nothing else, at least you get a fun chat out of it. But we’re pretty confident you’ll walk away with much more.
