Carroll Organization recently hired us to redesign the rooftop at The Peninsula at Buckhead, a multifamily complex in the heart of Buckhead. The client’s goal was to convert their valuable square footage into useable rooftop space to offer their residents an upgraded amenity. Our team designed a concept that is as fun and engaging as it is sophisticated. The rooftop upgrade will include updates to the existing pool, new pool furniture and shaded cabanas. Banko Design has been hired by Carroll Organization to renovate Arium Lake Norman, a newly-acquired multifamily property located in Huntersville, North Carolina. Inspired by the nearby lake, we used bold navy, crisp white, tan and rope accents to create a nautical aesthetic throughout the property. Updates will be made to the clubhouse, fitness center, model unit and pool area. We’re also upgrading the exterior amenities of this lake-inspired multifamily project by creating a lawn games area with a fire pit, outdoor seating and a large grassy area to play bocce, lawn darts and corn hole.

Eclipse Condos, a high-rise community in the heart of Buckhead, hired Banko Design to kick off the renovation of their amenity spaces with an overhaul of their lobby. Inspired by a timeless aesthetic, we pulled together a classic palette of neutrals and sophisticated finishes. Marble, wood and gold accents were used throughout the lobby to create an upscale atmosphere. The stately custom-designed concierge desk and new signage anchor the lobby. Scantech Sciences, a logistics company that treats produce for freshness and then delivers that produce to distributors and retailers, hired Banko Design to update their McAllen, TX facility. Inspired by this innovative company, we designed a concept that is both tech-based and farm-inspired. The lobby, pictured above, embodies the farm-meets-tech aesthetic. The pixelated wallcovering, high-gloss materials and the art custom-printed on glass pay homage to the technological nature of the company. Lineage Logistics, a warehousing and logistics company that specializes in cold chain solutions, is renovating their facility in Edwardsville, KS. Inspired by the colors and geometric patterning of their logo, we designed a space with bold, branded blues and greens against crisp white walls. Other highlights of this commercial project include acoustical ceiling drop-ins that mirror the company’s logo, eye-catching wall graphics, blue accents on exposed HVAC and colorful modern modular furniture throughout.

Dot Foods, the nation’s largest food industry redistributor, hired us to update their Bullhead City, AZ facility. Updates will be made to the reception area, offices, conference and training rooms, breakroom and locker rooms. Inspired by the earthy tones of the Arizona desert and the blue of the Dot Foods logo, we incorporated rust, teal, wood and concrete throughout the facility. Stacked shipping containers, covered in a custom-branded wallcovering, will serve as the focal point of the office space.
